Attorney Scott E. Lawrence

I have devoted my work to helping clients navigate complex legal issues, in order to make practical decisions about their real estate transactions. 

I was born and raised as a proud Kansas Jayhawk and eventually made my way east to Wake Forest University School of Law, graduating in 1989.  After establishing a law practice in the 1990s in Cornelius, NC (Lake Norman), I relocated to Greenville, SC, where I have worked for over 20 years as a respected solo practitioner.

I focus my practice on complex commercial real estate transactions.

My commitment to community service over the years has included service as: 

  • Chairman of the Real Estate Section of the S.C. Bar
  • Chairman of the Board of the Lake Norman Chamber of Commerce,
  • Legal Counsel for the Our Towns Habitat for Humanity (Davidson, NC)
  • Member of the Board of Directors of the Kansas University Athletic Corporation

On my personal time, you may find me traveling, hiking, and trying every new restaurant in town.
